WashApp Acquires Lattialle.com’s Business and Begins Technology Partnership with GARDI

WashApp Finland Oy has acquired the Lattialle.com business and will continue to develop it as part of its own digital laundry service platform. The business transaction combines WashApp.fi’s technology, the Lattialle.com service, and GARDI’s delivery and pickup technology into a smoother and more seamless laundry experience.

Customers transferring from Lattialle.com to WashApp will gain immediate access to WashApp’s expanded service offering, with everyday convenience remaining a central theme. In addition to easy ordering, WashApp also enables electronic invoicing services for Lattialle.com customers.

“Our strategic focus this year has increasingly shifted toward technology enabling 24/7 delivery and pickup, known as GARDI. One of the first applications of GARDI’s technology has been enabling home pickup and delivery of laundry without the customer needing to be present. Once the decision to sell the business was made, discussions progressed quickly. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
