These terms and conditions apply to the agreement between the Gardi online store and the customer. By using our online store, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Prices
All prices in the online store include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Product prices and delivery costs may change without prior notice. The customer will be charged the price valid at the time of purchase.
Products are sold subject to availability.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the online store by adding products to the cart and completing payment at checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information when placing an order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
The online store reserves the right to cancel an order if payment has not been successfully completed.
4. Delivery
Delivery costs and methods are displayed to the customer during checkout.
The online store aims to ship products within the stated delivery time but is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and the order may be canceled or replaced.
5. Returns and Cancellations
The customer has the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the store has made an error.

6. Warranty and Complaints
The online store complies with the warranty provisions of Finnish consumer protection law.
If a product is found defective, the customer must contact customer service immediately.
The online store is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
The online store is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
The store is also not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the online store or orders.
8. Processing of Personal Data
The online store processes customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
The online store reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Customers are bound by the terms in effect at the time of their order.

If no agreement is reached, the customer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
